Very thankful for this storage unit. I needed a place fast for my mom’s things, and I was given a very fair price and the people who I talked with were very helpful. I never even had to show up to the office which was very convenient. I was able to get the storage quickly and easily. There was even a lock in the unit for me to use. I really appreciate the ease and helpfulness of this facility. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you!!

I am big on customer service. I have to say it was spot on! Russ took great care of my needs and addressed my concerns(discounts for DOD and locks) Leo was helpful as well as he told me how to find a uhaul dealer near by. I was blown away at the price off rip..but to also get a few discounts was so awesome my pockets thank you. He detailed me on the basic ins and outs and I am grateful for the knowledge breakdown. I would recommend anyone reading this, If you are looking for quality storage that is safe and secured and reasonably priced with great customer service ,.. This is definitely your place to go to. Did I mention they even provided a lock and not the regular little bike lock but a secure round sturdy secure lock. Thanks guys teamwork makes the dreamwork !

When I initially made the online reservation before I moved, I followed the steps that the online page provided and I called the storage facility. When I did the 1st lady I spoke with made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her by just trying to make and have a good initially first contact and let them know that I was moving in a couple of days. But the lady on the phone was huffing and puffing from me just following the online steps. I felt the need to apologize for my call and I also apologize for inconveniencing her at that moment. When I moved down I arrived at the facility around 4:21pm to check in and pay for the unit, upon arrival the door was locked and no one was inside or around the building, I called twice and left a voice mail but I was running out of time due the the office closing at 5:30pm. Around 4:50pm 2 people came from the back, behind the gate and I was able to get my unit sign all the paper work and get moving in with in the hour. But the inial wait was around 40 mins of sitting in the parking lot trying to reach someone, unsuccessfully I might add.
